Rationale

'The Kite Runner' is a book written by Khaled Hosseini, it shows a story of an Afghan kid in the early 70's and how he develops as a person after the communists took over Afghanistan.
During the novel, Amir's father (Amir being the protagonist), has a servant that due to Amir's fault decides to quit his job along with his son Hassan. My task will refer to a new servant, who lived far away from Kabul, Amir's home city, and is called in order to work for them. From this point on he writes diary entries each day to keep a record of what's going on.
My aim with my text is to show the story of a character, that never really appeared in the book, from his own point of view.
Finally, in order to achieve this I will write several diary entries, showing the progress of events and what problems he encounters, in terms of style and register I tried not to use high-level words so that it relates to the level of education Hazaras have.
